Kathryn is a principal and one of the founders of the Firm. Her practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions and development, banking, and business and commercial law. Prior to attending law school, Kathryn worked in private industry for more than ten years, first as a corporate controller in financial institutions and later as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-state restaurant chain. She is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Idaho. Her business background allows her to take a real life, practical approach to legal matters. Kathryn practices law in both Washington and Idaho.
