L. Diane Emmons has practiced law for thirty years primarily in private practice with service at the Court of Appeals Division III and as a senior attorney for Farm Credit Bank, Spokane. Diane has been a member in good standing of the Whatcom County and Spokane County Bar Associations; formerly president of the Whatcom County Bar Association and President of Washington Women Lawyers Whatcom County and Spokane County Chapters. Diane’s thirty years of experience in civil and criminal trial work lead her to focus on trial practice, real estate and business law. She is available on a consulting basis to attorneys in the firm on issues and appeals and provides litigation support.
